Opening Hours
Full details of opening hours are available on the Library website. Access outside of service hours is with a valid library card.

Opening until midnight resumes on Wednesday 11 April and 24/7 from 7 May.
Disruption to IT Systems 5 April 2012 and 16 April 2012:
We apologise but there will be some disruption to Library Services on the following days due to essential maintainence work:
5 April 2012: Essential work is being carried out by IT Services. As a result their will be no PCs, room bookings or print and copy services available. Full details.
16 April 2012: Essential work is being carried out to the Library Management System. As a result the Library catalogue and associated services will be unavailable. Full details.
Loans:
Four week loans may be kept longer provided they are not recalled. To take full advantage of the longer loan period you are advised to check the due date for your books before the end of term and renew any that are due for return during the vacation.
Those issued between 28 March and 10 April will be due back on 10 May 2012.
High demand items issued during this period will be available for a week only.
From Wednesday 4 April short loans and journals will be due back on Wednesday 11 April 2012.
Reservations:
Holds placed after 28 March may not be available until after the start of the summer term. Whilst we recognise that many users would like to borrow books for the whole vacation, we cannot guarantee this and ask everyone to respect requests for items to be returned.
