Participant Information Sheets

These information sheets would be sent to someone who responds to their initial invitation to participate in the study. The type of information sheet that each participant receives will depend upon the information that they have provided when sending back their invitation.

Each information sheet gives detail of what the aims of the study are and what would be involved in the study if someone wishes to participate.
