Tailored

If you have identified specific staff development needs in specialist functions within your organisation an ‘off the shelf’ course may not be the answer. If this is the case we can develop a course which combines a number of specialist topics or particular skill areas.

We can also reconfigure existing courses, for example where you decide that you only require certain modules.

You can provide as much input into the course development as you wish and you may even choose to deliver some of the training in-house yourself. This means that subjects are presented, discussed and explored against the culture, practice and experiences of your organisation.

Accreditation of in-house training programmes

Your organisation may deliver its own training and whilst this will be of a high standard and targeted at an identified need, there may be little formal evaluation of the quality of provision or its effectiveness in improving practice in the workplace. We can offer an accreditation service to provide formal recognition for training that is delivered in-house. This service will be undertaken by academic experts through a professional and rigorous quality process.
