Management Team
The Management Team will manage working group plans to make sure that they reflect the vision and aims of the RCE EM, as signed up to by its members. It is envisaged that the management team will meet three or four times a year.
The Management Team is to consist of 12-16 members:
- The Chair and one other member of every working group
- Members of relevant organisations outside of working group membership
The Consultative Group
The Consultative Group will consist of all members of the RCE EM. The Group will meet once or twice a year and its function will be similar to an AGM. The Consultative Group’s role will be to assess and evaluate the activities of the network and discuss future needs.
