| Who is it for? |
This workshop is recommended for staff who will be conducting appraisal interviews. If you have little or no experience of giving feedback and/or conducting other types of interviews, then you should attend this workshop.
However we understand that many new appraisers will have a vast experience of giving feedback to colleagues on a one-to-one basis and conducting interviews and discussions of different kinds. These types of interactions use similar techniques to those associated with appraisal and providing you feed confident in your skills, you may conduct appraisals at the University of Leicester without attending this workshop, providing you have worked through the online resource.
If you are unsure whether or not you should attend or feel you need additional support, then please contact Helen Robinson (email hmc10@le.ac.uk tel: 252-5211).
