An opportunity to put into practice the problems solving and decision making techniques learned through the on-line resource. Participants will work in small teams to complete a decision making exercise. |

Any member of University staff who would like to develop their skills in this area. |
| Participant preparation needed? |
Prior to attending this Workshop - All participants must work through the Blackboard on-line resource 'Solving Problems and Making Decisions - Online Resource' prior to attending - (follow link for information). In addition to this workshop you are encouraged to work through the on-line resource ‘Introduction to Leadership’ and compile your Personal Development Plan. |
