Recruitment and Selection of staff
The Recruitment and Selection workshop is targeted at those who are already involved in the recruitment of staff process and wish to up-date their knowledge or improve their techniques, and for those members of staff with no previous experience of the recruitment process.
All staff who are involved on recruitment interview and selection panels are REQUIRED to have attended the Recruitment and Selection course. A half-day refresher is recommended for staff that haven't been involved in recruitment over the last 18 months and are due to recruit. Staff that have regularly been involved in recruitment, need only attend every three years.
Training Workshop
The Staff Development Partnership offer a taught training course:
This is mandatory training in which the recruitment process explored in order to equip you with the skills and knowledge to recruit the right person for the job. Participants will have the chance to practice interviewing skills during the day.
