The Staff Development Partnership is recognised by The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) to deliver it’s range of management and supervisor development programmes to support colleagues with management responsibilities at various levels.

If you are responsible for staff and have identified a need to further develop your skills, then you should consider attending one of the following fully evaluated and highly successful, and enjoyable, programmes.
