First Aid Training
Would you like to be a first aider?...
The university has a commitment to provide trained First Aiders within all buildings and in all areas of work.
Each department of the University has a number of qualified first aiders. Training suitable for beginners is arranged by the Occupational Health Department. If you would like to become a university First Aider then talk initially to your Department Head.
The qualification that you get on successfully completing the course is valid for three years and you then have to sit a refresher course to extend the qualification for a further three years.
