The aim of this session is to familiarise new or relatively new staff with the University of Leicester, its structures and strategies.

What will I get out of this course? 

An important element of the session is an introduction to diversity issues and our policies in this area.  It also provides an opportunity to meet colleagues and ask questions over a networking lunch. The session includes an 'information hunt' and the opportunity to view an exhibition by University service providers.

Who is it for?

Suitable for all staff new to the University of Leicester.
