The aim of this session is to familiarise new or relatively new staff with the University of Leicester, its structures and strategies. |

| What will I get out of this course? |
An important element of the session is an introduction to diversity issues and our policies in this area. It also provides an opportunity to meet colleagues and ask questions over a networking lunch. The session includes an 'information hunt' and the opportunity to view an exhibition by University service providers. |
