This lunch time course gives participants an opportunity to learn how to do basic repairs on their bike’s gears.

What can I expect to cover? 

This course covers:

  • Basic bike anatomy
  • How gears work
  • Indexing your gears
  • Skills Practice
What will I get out of this course? 

Participants will learn how to make their gears change smoothly (stop them clicking!).

Participants will have an opportunity to practice skills and techniques in small groups.

Who is it for?

Any member of staff who needs to improve their bike maintenance skills.

Participant preparation needed?

Ideally, delegates are requested to bring their own bike along to the workshop.

No prior experience is required.
