Planning Your Website

Information

Course description

Course Overview

Developing a website can be a daunting task. This course will guide you through planning methods to give you practical experience and improve your knowledge and confidence in web skills generally.

The course focuses on the University of Leicester's web environment (Plone Content Management System) and best practice guidelines.

The Plone content management system make it very easy to create websites, it’s also easy to create a bad website if the planning stage isn’t considered first. For this reason we recommend that you attend the Planning Your Website course before attending the Plone course.
