Course Overview

New to Outlook or email? Or just want to make sure you know the basics. This will introduce you to the basic operations of Microsoft Outlook and get you communicating via email.

Suitable for All staff.

Participant preparation needed?

No previous experience in using email is required however; it is assumed that you have knowledge of personal computer basics, managing files and folders, and a reasonable degree of keyboard and mouse proficiency.
