The Intrepid Researcher - Booking Form

If you would like to attend a seminar from The Intrepid Researcher series 2011-2012,
please complete this online booking form.   

We recommend that you book your seminar place as early as possible to avoid disappointment.  Booking Conditions apply and we reserve the right to charge delegates for late cancellations and non attendance.

All seminars will be held in the afternoon for 2 hours from 3.00pm until 5.00pm.

If you find that you can no longer attend, it is imperative that you let us know before the seminar.

 

Places on the Intrepid Researcher seminar series are provided free of charge.  However, we reserve the right to charge a fee of £50 for "no shows" and for any cancellations of a place where notice has not been given, normally 2 working days.

A Charge Code is requried in the event of your late concellation or non attendance. Please provide a Charge Code for your Office/Department (ask your Line Manager or PhD Supervisor for this code).
Seminar places on the Intrepid Researcher series are allocated on a first come, first served basis, and we will always attempt to accommodate your booking. We will contact you initially by email on receipt of this form, to let you know if we are able to secure you a place on the seminar(s) specified.
