If you are an applicant who will be under the age of 18 when you register with the University, it is essential that your parents or legal guardian complete an Under 18 Consent Form.

If your parents live outside the UK, the University requires that your parents provide details of a Guardian based in the UK. This Guardian should, if possible, live in or near Leicester, and should be an adult who the university can contact in case of an emergency and can act in Loco Parentis.

The University will only be able to offer you a place once you have fully completed this form and, if relevant, provided details of a UK based Guardian.
