1. List your income from all sources e.g.:
• student loan/grant
• University Bursary/scholarship
• Other student funding (e.g. NHS Bursary)
• Wages
• Family support
• Benefits/Tax Credits
• Other
2. Calculate all income over the same period.  For example, to calculate your income over the academic year, ignoring the summer vacation:
• multiply weekly income by 39
• multiply monthly income by 9
• multiply termly income by 3
3. Add together all income to arrive at your annual total.
