Expenditure
- List all your expenditure, e.g.:

Look at your recent bank statements to make sure you don’t forget any regular spending
- For example, to calculate your expenditure over the academic year, ignoring the summer vacation:
- multiply weekly expenditure by 39
- multiply monthly expenditure by 9
- multiply termly expenditure by 3
- Add together all expenditure to arrive at your annual total.
