Confidence and Assertiveness- Seminar 2
from 12:30 PM to 02:30 PM
This is a friendly and informal seminar series for any student wishing to boost their self- confidence and assertiveness skills. Some examples of the type of goals you may wish to work on could include:
- Confidence with presentations
- Speaking up in seminars
- Saying 'No' to people
- Starting conversations
- Putting yourself first sometimes
You will work towards your own goals and at your own pace, using practical strategies and peer support. You will not be 'put on the spot'.
You will need to be able to commit to attend both seminars.
This workshop is run by Jason and Becky- facilitators from the Student Psychological and Healthy Living Service.
