    <content:encoded xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/"><![CDATA[<p>This day recognised that mental health is just as important as physical health to the overall wellbeing and success of students and staff in higher education. It aimed to raise awareness of mental health, what support is available and what we can all do to keep healthy.</p>
<p>We all have mental health and there is no doubt that the pressures for student and staff are very significant. Many people know what to do to look after their physical health, but do we know how to look after our mental health? 1 in 4 people will experience some kind of mental health problem in the course of a year. We would like our university to be a place where all students and staff are supported and able to talk about their health, including mental health, without stigma.</p>
