* An additional discount is available if Alumni are registered with the Development and Alumni Relations Office. The figure in brackets is the membership fee then payable.

Levels of Membership: What Gold, and Gold+ entitle you to.

Alumni members may use both the University Sports Centre on main campus and the Manor Road Sports Centre - your membership covers you for use of both sites.

How to apply

• Alumni membership can be purchased at either of our Sports Centres, but the University Sports Centre is more convenient as the Community User ID and parking permits can be applied for here.

How to pay

• For annual membership you may pay by cash, debit/credit card or cheque. Please make any cheques payable to 'The University of Leicester'.
• If you wish to pay by direct debit please bring with you one form of photo ID (Passport, Driving Licence) and something with your bank details on (Sort Code and Account Number) as well as your name. This could be your debit card (check it has both your sort code and a/c number on) or a bank statement.

Categories of Membership

• Individual - Just you and any children up to 16 years of age
• Joint- You, your partner and any children up to 16 years of age

Parking at University Sports Centre

• Parking at the University Sports Centre will be free of charge for alumni during opening hours. You will however need to display a parking permit. Please complete this Sports Centre Parking Permit application form (Word, pdf) and bring it with you when you join up. We will apply for your permit and it will be available for collection at reception a few days later.

Parking at the Manor Road Sports Centre

• Parking at the Manor Road Sports Centre will be free for alumni at all times.
