Lessons

The riding club is a friendly club which offers riding lessons and hacks for all abilities. We have two yards, one in Leire where our teams train and our more experienced riders have lessons. The horses here are schoolmasters and trained to a high standard which makes them very enjoyable to ride. We also have a yard in Saddington, (local) which offers beginners’ lessons for those who have little or no riding experience on safe and well behaved horses. Saddington also offers hacks through the beautiful Leicestershire countryside.

Competition

The riding club has three teams, two of these compete in the BUCS League and the competitions combine dressage and show jumping. The third team competes in a local friendly league. Being in a team is great fun and a good way of being involved in the club, while both team and non-team members can enjoy the excitement and involvement of attending competitions.

Social

We are a very social club and offer lots of different socials from bar crawls and nights out, to meals and trips to ‘horsey events’, such as the British Open.
