Intramural Programme 2017/18

Intramural sport is a great way to get involved in sport at a level that suits you. Intramural sport is recreational sport played between students at the University. Teams can be made up from halls, course mates, societies or a group of friends, so create or join a team to take part!

Our Intramural Leagues and Tournaments will this year require an entry fee to be paid, in return participants will receive a free t-shirt.

Leagues Available:

  • IMS Netball 11 a-side Football
  • 7 a-side Football
  • Futsal
  • Netball
  • Basketball
  • Indoor Cricket

Teams:

Intramural teams can be made up of any group; hall teams, society teams, course teams or a group of friends.

  • If you have a whole team together already, sign up for the 2017/18 IMS season online here.
  • To join a society or course team, contact your society or course rep to find out what's available.
  • If you're an individual looking for a team, please contact the Intramural Team.

Tournaments and Events:

A variety of sporting tournaments and events will take place throughout the year, to make sure you don't miss out please keep an eye out on our Facebook/Twitter platforms or webpage.

Become a referee or umpire:

We offer several part-time paid roles as referees or umpires within our Intramural programme. We also offer the opportunity to gain officiating qualifications in return for volunteering hours in our Intramural Programme.

Intramural Sport Team Applications will close on Wednesday 18th October at 5pm - No teams will be accepted after this date.
