Well-Mad Ride

Ian Reeds, an archaeological technician working at the University of Leicester, plans to complete a gruelling solo round the world cycle ride in 2011.

From Saturday 2 April 2011, Ian plans to cycle for 180 days, passing through 20 countries and raising £100,000 for two charities. During the challenge, Ian will be recording his progress on his blog and you can keep up to date with all his latest news on his website.

The Press Office is located in the Division of Corporate Affairs and Planning in the Fielding Johnson South Wing, which also houses the Peter Williams Lecture Theatre. The Office is on the first floor, above the AVS Design Studio and Reception.
