Working with prospective students, applicants and visitors
We work to build relationships with our enquirers and applicants. Our enquirers come to us through a range of routes – we meet them in schools and at recruitment events and they enquire on-line. Our MyLeicester Customer Relations Management (CRM) system enables us to keep in touch with them about the things they are most interested in.
We are keen for students to visit, and so arrange a series of large, high profile Open Days, aimed at students before they apply, and support departments in arranging a series of UCAS Applicant Visit Days, for students who have an offer from us. We will also arrange campus tours for individuals and groups.
