Marketing Communications Office
The Marketing Communications Office is part of the Division of Corporate Affairs and Planning. We can offer support in three main areas:
Creative Services
Our range of creative services include print design; photography; website design and support; audio and video production; and maintaining the University's visual identity.
Communications
We handle internal (staff/student) and external communications through a range of print and online channels including Insider magazine, Newsblog and social media. As part of this role we work closely with the Press Office.
We have responsibility for developing the University's strategic messaging, and working with others to develop that messaging for different audiences.
We produce the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Prospectuses each year. We also have a strategic responsibility to oversee and support all print and online communications produced throughout the University (including social media) and we are responsible for the University's advertising and branding.
Recruitment and Enquiries Management
Recruitment and enquiries are essential to the University; we are responsible for supporting distance learning and postgraduate recruitment, as well as enquiries management and customer relationship management (CRM). This includes the 'pack and despatch' of brochures and prospectuses.
