A new course is available to staff which will provide an overview of the Student Records System. The course will run for the first time on Friday 14 March 10.00am – 12.30pm.
You will not be able to access the Student Records System (SITS client, MyStudentRecord – formerly e:Vision and the student timetable) or other systems that rely on information from SITS for up to 12 hours on Thursday 6 March (GMT) from 7.30am until 7.30pm.
You will not be able to view your online timetable whilst maintenance is carried out to the Student Records System for up to 12 hours on Thursday 6 March (GMT) from 7.30am until 7.30pm.
New courses are available to students on how to use the basic features of Excel and charts.
The IT Service Desk will be unavailable on Friday 14 March from 3.30pm until 4.30pm for a staff meeting.
There is currently an issue which is affecting SAP. We are aware of the issue and looking into what might be causing it. Check this page for updates.
A new feature that allows you to publish your IRIS research information easily, on your website.
From 3 February 2014 the Personal Data tab will not be displayed when you view your Personal Information on Employee Self-Service. This will be temporary whilst a bug is being fixed and will mean you will not be able to edit some of your personal information.
