Maintenance to SPECTRE and ALICE will be carried on Wednesday 7 January 2015 between 8.00am and 8.00pm. You will not be able to use SPECTRE and ALICE until the maintenance is complete.
The IT Service Desk will close for Christmas at 3.30pm on Tuesday 23 December 2014, and will reopen again at 8.30am on Monday 5 January 2015.
Staff and students have recently received spam and phishing emails. You should not click on the link within these emails. We offer some tips for how to spot a legitimate email from the University.
An important update needs to be applied to Smart Printers on Thursday, 18 December during the standard maintenance period 4.00pm – 10.30pm. At this time, Smart Printing will be unavailable.
A staff meeting is held every other Friday afternoon for an hour. You will not be able to contact the IT Service Desk during this time.
Guest wifi is being replaced by Visitor wifi provided by The Cloud from 12 December 2014.
Dates for essential maintenance to Smart Printers. You will not be able to use a Smart Printer during three evenings per year.
