The University provides a number of places to store video content, but has decided to withdraw the Streaming Media Service. If you have content on the Streaming Media Server that you need you should move it by Friday 31 October 2014.
A staff meeting is held every other Friday afternoon for an hour. You will not be able to contact the IT Service Desk during this time.
You may need to update your browser when using University web applications, as we have made changes to prevent staff and students being affected by the Poodle bug.
The Program Installer has been updated with new versions of programs. It is now time to use the new programs, as the previous versions will be removed on Wednesday 8 October 2014.
Staff and students have recently received spam and phishing emails. You should not click on the link within these emails. We offer some tips for how to spot a legitimate email from the University.
Microsoft Student Advantage allows students to install and use the full version of Microsoft Office whilst you study at the University.
Staff can now request an email address that contains their name and set this as their main email address.
