Printing the optional CFS software catalogue

The optional CFS software catalogue is updated regularly and is intended to be referenced online. If you would like to print a copy please follow the advice provided below which will help to reduce the number of pages printed.

1. Open the catalogue

Open the Optional CFS Software Catalogue.

2. Use the "Print Preview" option

In Internet Explorer v7 select the "Printer" tab near the top of the page and then select Print Preview...

3. Use the "Landscape" button

In the Print Preview window it is important to click on the "Landscape" button at the top:

4. Use the "Shrink To Fit" option

To accommodate the width of the catalogue and to reduce the number of pages printed, you can use the Shrink to Fit option. (Or, depending on the browser you are using, the option provided for reducing the size of the printed page.)

In Internet Explorer in the Print Preview window click on the down arrow next to Shrink To Fit to see the following:

Select 70% or 80% and then click on the Print button (top left corner).

NOTE: Following the above advice will produce about 18 landscape pages for the optional CFS software catalogue.
