Login to the online self service portal
From the Self Service portal you can
- Request help dealing with IT issues
- Request temporary course accounts
- Check on the status of any requests you have open
- If you are a DITC (Departmental IT Contact) you can:
- Request new IT accounts for staff in your department
- Order mobile phones for staff in your department

If you access the self service portal from a computer which is not a university CFS computer; or from a university CFS computer using a browser other than Internet Explorer; then you will be prompted to login. Use your normal CFS username and password - but prefix your username with "cfs\" (e.g. cfs\asd23 not asd23).
