Print Queues for Staff PCs
IT Services Managed Departments
Staff in departments where IT is managed by IT Services will have their print queues set up for them. Any problems relating to these queues should be reported to the IT Service Desk, ithelp@le.ac.uk.
Other Departments
Departmental IT support staff may request a new print queue through the Self Service Portal.
Please include the following information:
- The type of printer
- Location of printer (Building and Room)
- Ethernet address
- IP Address
- The service the print queue required for, eg. CFS, Ultra.
