Adding and Removing a Staff CFS Print Queue
This is a two stage process.
- Removing the exisiting print queue.
- Adding the new print queue.
Removing a Print Queue From Your CFS Account
Choose Start > Printer and Faxes.

Right click on the CFS print queue you want to delete and choose Delete from the pop-up menu.

Adding a Print Queue to your CFS Account
Choose Start > Printer and Faxes.

Click Add a printer.

From the dialouge box click Find a printer in the directory and press Next.

If you know the name of the print queue you want to add, enter it into the Name field and press Find Now. If not enter the first two letter of your PC name (e.g. AV for Audio Visual Services) into the Name field and press Find Now. This will filter the list relevant to those in your department. Choose the print queue you want and press OK.

When asked if you would like to make the newly added queue the default print queue used with your CFS account click No and press Next and Finish.
