  • Easy program installation
  • Upgraded programs
  • New IT Help website

Check that you can:

  • Login to your computer
  • Access your files on your Z: drive and shared departmental X: drive
  • Access your emails, calendar and contacts 

If you can't do any of these call the IT Service Desk on ext 2253

Enter your password reset answers

FIM iconWhen you first login to Windows 7 you will have the opportunity to set your password reset answers. This will enable you to reset your password yourself in the future if you have forgotten it.

Reinstate your settings and preferences

Work through your Travel Checklist to:

  • Add your printer
  • Create your email signature
  • Install your programs
  • Recreate your desktop shortcuts
