Following the test migrations in May 2012, it was confirmed that the upgrade will start on 10 July 2012 and will take about two weeks. |

Survey sent to staff to find out how they currently use Blackboard. The results of this survey and follow-up detailed interviews with students and with each department, will direct the design, resources and effort going forward with the Blackboard upgrade. |
