A selection of user guides are available, which will guide you through installing and using SAP.

If you need to use SAP for administration, creating reports or research costing you should complete the Application form:

You can type in your responses to each part of the form then print it or alternatively print the form and write in each box. When you have completed the form return it to IT Service Desk, IT Services, MSB Building.

This is a paper-based form as it may need a signature from your Head of Department or Department IT Contact (DITC) if you need access to HR records.
