Create, delete and rename folders

You can use folders to organise your emails.

Create folders

To create a folder:

  1. Right click on your Inbox folder
  2. Choose Create New Folder
  3. Type in the name of your new folder. It will be placed alphabetically below your Inbox

To add messages to the folder simply drag and drop them in. You can also right click on the message and choose Move to Folder.

Delete folders

Right click on the folder you want to delete and choose Delete. This will delete the folder and all the emails stored in it.

Rename folders

Right click on the folder you want to rename and choose Rename.
