The Problem Steps Recorder will allow you to capture a record of the problems which can be emailed to the IT Service Desk.
This tool allows you to:
- Record the steps you take and any error message
- Add comment to problem steps, so that the member of staff dealing with your request can understand more about your issue
- Email this to email@example.com to supplement your request for help
