Extended Opening Hours for the IT Service Desk
Responding to staff and students’ requests for longer opening hours, the IT Service Desk is now open from 8:30am until 5.00pm every week day.
Previously the service was offered 9.00am to 5.00pm and closed between 4:00pm and 5:00pm every Thursday for staff training.
We have made staffing adjustments to accommodate this change in hours to improve the level of service and ensure more timely IT support is available.
