Monday to Wednesday and Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
You can contact IT Services outside of these hours by email to ithelp@le.ac.uk or using the Self Service system and we will be in touch as soon as possible on the following working day.

Planned ‘At Risk’ Times 

Tuesdays 7.00am - 9.00am and
Thursdays 6.30pm - 10.30pm GMT
IT Services regularly need to carry out essential maintenance work to ensure that its services continue to work reliably and securely. In order to minimise inconvenience to staff and students, we undertake this maintenance during the "At Risk" times above that are outside the normal working day.

During these times, services may be unavailable or liable to interruption and you should not rely on them for any critical work.

A weekly email digest is sent to your Departmental IT Contact with details of any planned disruptions. These are also announced through the IT Services home page and on Twitter http://www.twitter.com/uolits.
