The Training and Communications team reports to the Deputy Director IT, Service Delivery.

The team:

  • We ensure that customers are aware of the full range of available services and are well equipped to benefit from them. See the training that we offer
  • We assure the quality of all customer communications including the IT Services website.
  • We have a particularly important role in major projects and change initiatives to design and deliver training and communication campaigns for new services and changes to existing services.
