SAP maintenance - unavailable 4pm on Friday 24 March 2017 until 7am on Monday 27 March 2017
This maintenance is the annual SAP Upgrade which will ensure SAP is supported by the supplier and allow new features to be introduced in due course.
Additionally, Employee Self-Service will be unavailable at this time as well. Staff will not be able to view their payslip or amend their personal details during the maintenance.
What won't be available?
You will not be able to use the following during the SAP upgrade:
- ALL SAP live applications:
- Purchasing (including Smarter Purchasing)
- Employee Self-Service
- Grants management
What will be available?
All other IT services should be unaffected.
