Urgent telephone maintenance - 6pm to 8pm tonight (02/02/12)
We need to carry out some urgent maintenance to the University's telephone network between 6pm and 8pm tonight (02/02/12). This will affect up to 200 telephone extensions on campus and some incoming DDI calls.

We need to carry out urgent maintenance on the University's telephone service this evening to correct a fault affecting approximately 200 extensions on campus. This is leading to 'cross-connecting' of phone calls between extensions, and problems for some users in the MSB and Princess Road West locations.
The work will mean that telephone service will go down for around 200 numbers spread around the campus. It will also mean that external calls for extensions beginning with 2, 3 or 5 will not be connected.
The work will start at 6pm and we expect it to be concluded by 8pm this evening.
