- Athens login is unavailable - RESOLVED
- Access to ATHENS protected resources was unavailable on the 19 May 2010.
- Adobe Connect issues - RESOLVED
- An issue affecting our Adobe Connect services meant users were unable to log in to the service from 7:00pm on the 13 May until 9:20am on the 14 May.
- Disruption to services - 25 May
- Failure of the air-conditioning in one of our machine rooms during the early hours of 25 May 2010 resulted in loss of some services. We believe these have now been restored.
- New version of Adobe Acrobat Reader - 5 May 2010
- We need to install a new version of Adobe Acrobat Reader on Staff and Student PCs. For most users, this will take effect when they start their computer on Wednesday 5 May.
- Electrical work which may affect our services - 30 May 2010
- Estates & Facilities Management will be carrying out work on the University's electrical system on Sunday 30 May between 7:30am and 5:00pm. No impact to our services is expected; however in the unlikely event of problems, you should expect IT service disruptions over subsequent days.
- Many central IT services unavailable - 6:30pm 20 May
- Most central IT services will be unavailable while we carry out essential maintenance work, between 6:30pm and 9:00pm on the 20 May.
- Early closure of Service Desk - 2:00pm 20 May
- To allow for the relocation of staff working on the ITS Service Desk we will be closing earlier than normal, from 2:00pm, on Thursday 20 May.
- Many central IT Services unavailable, 6.30 13 May
- We need to carry out key maintenance to a number of our servers. Whilst we carry out this work, a number of central IT services will not be available for use.
- University's Telephony Voicemail System unavailable 13 May
- The University's voicemail service will be unavailable for approximately 10 minutes whilst we perform an essential upgrade to this service.
- SAP Live unavailable - 18 May 5:00pm to 19 May 8:30am
- The SAP (live) service will be unavailable from 5:00pm on the 18 May while we carry out essential maintenance and testing work. The service will be available again from 8:30am the next morning.
