What

Periodically, important updates are released for SAP, called Support Packages. We now need to apply the latest of these to the SAP service.

Why

Installation of these support packages are necessary to ensure we keep SAP up to date, and incorporate relevant legal changes required in the HR / Payroll modules.

Who is affected

All users of the SAP service, including Lucre. Whilst the work takes place, the live SAP service will be completely unavailable to all users.

When

Work will begin at 4:45pm on Friday 5 March and is due to be completed by 8:30am on Monday 8 March. 

Users will be notified by email when the service is available for use.
