Many central IT services unavailable - 6:30pm 17 June
Most central IT services will be unavailable while we carry out essential maintenance work, between 6:30pm and 9:00pm on the 17 June.
Self Service Portal unavailable - 22 June 8:00am - 8:30am
Our self service portal will be unavailable between 8:00am and 8:30am on the 22 June while we carry out important maintenance work.
Brief interruption to SAP service - 7:00pm 16 June
We need to increase the expiry time for SAP passwords from 30 to 90 days. Whilst we carry out this work, there will be a 5 minute interruption to the SAP service between 7:00pm and 9:00pm on Wednesday 16 June.
Work affecting some central IT services - 24 June 6:30pm to 9:30pm
We need to perform some important maintenance work on some of our services - Blackboard and the servers which store information needed when logging into or out of Staff and Student PCs. There will be a number of very short interruptions to service whilst this work takes place during the 'at risk' period on the 24 June. Most users will not notice this work.
ULTRA unavailable - 22 June 8:00am - 10:00am
The ULTRA service will be unavailable for two hours on the morning of the 22 June while we apply some important security updates and fix a problem affecting users of the NX client.
