Problem affecting University Website / Plone - RESOLVED

We have now resolved the issue affecting access to parts of the University website, effective 2:30pm 26 February.

2:30pm 26 February

Following remedial work, we believe we have identified and addressed the cause of this afternoons stability issues affecting the University website.

We will continue to monitor the service over the remainder of the afternoon to ensure it is stable ahead of the weekend.

1:25pm 26 February

At approximately 1:15pm, we saw a reocurrence of the problem affecting Plone. We have again restarted the service to restore it - investigations are continuing as to the root cause of these issues.

12:40pm 26 February

Following a restart of the Plone service, pages on the University website under the 'www2.le.ac.uk' address should again be visible.

12:00pm 26 February

A problem affecting the Plone service used to publish parts of the University website is preventing large portions of the website from being access at the moment (pages addressed under 'www2.le.ac.uk' are affected).

We are investigating this issue urgently at present.
