- Corporate Information Systems unavailable 20 April 7.30am - 8.00am
- We need to carry out work which will affect the availability of most of the central corporate information services between 7.30am and 8.00am during our regular systems 'At risk' time on Tuesday 20 April.
- New version of Flash Player - 21 April 2010
- We need to install a new version of Flash Player on Staff and Student PCs. For most users, this will take effect when they start their computer on Wednesday 21 April.
- New version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE) - 28 April 2010
- We need to install a new version of Java on Staff and Student PCs. For most users, this will take effect when they start their computer on Wednesday 28 April.
- Many central IT Services unavailable, 6.30pm 22 April
- Every month Microsoft release important security updates and we now need to apply these patches to our services. Whilst we carry out this work, many central IT services will not be available for use.
- Plone available in 'reduced access' mode 12 - 13 April
- As part of the launch of a new 'fixed width' design for the University website, Plone will be unavailable for a period of up to 45 minutes both on 12 and 13 April, with 'reduced access' during the day of the 12 April.
- Power Supply Testing - Current Status
- Due to planned testing of power supplies in the Computer Centre Building, many central IT services will be unavailable.
- Printing issues - RESOLVED
- A problem has developed with some of our printing services which is preventing staff in some departments from printing. We are working to resolve this at present.
- Wireless Network Issues
- There are issues preventing users from using the on-campus wireless service at present.
