Updated: Issue with some Reflect lecture capture recordings
The workaround is to revert back to version 5.1 of Panopto from 3.00pm today, 7 February 2017. You will only notice the change when the PC is restarted. The teaching room PCs should all be ready for your teaching from tomorrow, 8 February 2017, as they restart overnight.
This version has been tested and resolves the issues with the manual recorder. It is recognised that this might reintroduce some issues that were experience previously. See the known issues for more information. These are have a lesser impact than the problems experienced with the manual recorder currently.
If you are using a manual recording you will need to select Sign in with Blackboard before you login using the Blackboard login page.
We are still working with the Supplier, Panopto on a more longterm solution.
