University telephone maintenance – Monday 18 September 10am - 5pm

Maintenance to the University telephone system is planned for Monday 18 September, between 10.00am - 5.00pm. You should be able to make and receive calls as normal, but you may want to let callers know that they may hear silence if you put them on hold.

What

During the maintenance University staff telephones and voicemail should operate as normal. However some features, like when you put someone on hold may be effected.

The hold music, queue position and 'your call is important to us' may be unavailable during the maintenance. You may want to let callers know this if you put them on hold.

When

The maintenance will take place on Monday 18 September, between 10.00am and 5.00pm.
