Several IT services unavailable: 5pm – 10pm Thursday 30 March 2017

The Student record system (including SITS, MyStudentRecord and the student timetable) and SAP (including Employee Self-Service) will be unavailable during essential system maintenance on Thursday 30 March 2017 between 5.00pm and 10.00pm.


Important system maintenance is required which will mean some services will be will be unavailable at this time. It has been planned to be carried out during the standard Thursday evening maintenance period.

What won't be available?

You will not be able to use the following during the maintenance:

  • SAP Finance and HR system
  • Employee Self-Service
  • Student record system
    • MyStudentRecord
    • SITS
    • e:Vision
    • Student timetable

What will be available?

All other IT services should be unaffected.
