Student Records System and MyStudentRecord maintenance: unavailable 5pm Friday 17 February 2017 until 5pm Sunday 19 February 2017

The annual upgrade to the Student Records System will take place on Friday 17 February 2017 at 5.00pm until Sunday 19 February 2017 at 5.00pm. At this time Student Records System (including SITS and MyStudentRecord) will be unavailable.


The upgrade is part of annual maintenance to SITS and MyStudentRecord, which has been carried out at the University for the last ten years. The update ensures that SITS will remain supported by Tribal, the supplier.

It will also affect access to student timetables, which can be viewed within MyStudentRecord and Business Objects reports which rely on information in SITS.

What will be available?

All other IT services should be unaffected.
